Users can sell a contract from the point of sale, supply basic identification information, select a membership type and start date, and have a contract printed out ready for your members review and signature. Store the contract away utilizing our paperless office capability.

With EZ-Contracts our users can archive all electronic contracts, waivers, etc in PDF form on the member's record. Add a signature capture pad for real paperless operation or use the Snapshell hardware device to capture the driver's license information automatically.

» Member Messaging
Messages for a member appear on screen when a member's record is accessed. If the member is given the message, it can be marked read and will be stored in the member's history file. If it is not given to the member, it will appear the next time that member's record is selected.

» Always Know Who Is Currently Checked In at the Club
A Quick access look-up window shows which members and guests have checked into the club during the previous two hours. The list can be ordered by check-in time or alphabetically.

Additional checks include a member's status, the account status as well as membership expiration dates.

Contracts, medical records, release forms or any requested document can easily be scanned and linked to the member's record for future reference. No need to hunt for documents in file cabinets.

This capability gives your team the ability to display your member's photo, both individual and family at the front desk as part of the check-in process, while keeping at bay those who wish to enter your facility without a valid memership. If childcare is offered the video imaging aids in the identification of the family members. The video image or photo is available in member management, prospect, unattended and attended check in as well as at the POS stations.

BioLog™ provides members with the motivation to keep working out through immediate feedback, computer generated rankings and incentive programs that can be tracked by the system.

Members can track their individualized workout at kiosks/tablets by choosing activities from user-defined Activities Selection screen(s) using a mouse or touch screen. Icons can be easily added to each selection buttons for visual effect.
